30 Pull-Up & Super Brain Yoga Status: OT. No. Couldn't do chin-ups, failed in 2nd set due to muscle injury. Thought it was the chin-ups but figured out it was exacerbated by the snow shoveling. i have problem with muscle on left lower back. Letting it rest. Trying push ups, sit ups and losing weight. Then failed to do Super Brain Yoga. Will get back on track today.
End-of Day, Accomplishments & Reflections: May is amazing but scary...does she want to get married soon?
