10 GA&A + Pull-Ups

I am truly blessed to have all of the resources that I have available because those who do not have as much money and privilege as I have can have a much more difficult time due to all the requirements and inter-dependencies of modern life.

Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

Warm Up, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretch, Super Brain Yoga (SBY).
Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...Start pull-ups back up on next Monday the 17th.

30 Pull-Up & Super Brain Yoga Status: OT. Not so much. Wt: 224 lb 
Doing a reset with push-ups and crunches + losing 10 lbs, then back on 30 pull-up routine.  Max one week in any event Do two sets of each exercise.

End-of Day, Accomplishments & Reflections: Not.yet.
