12th GA&A Pull-Ups < 1

I am truly blessed to have spring in the air because for once in a long time it inspires me to bloom like the trees and plants due to the promise of warmth and growth to come on the heals of cold and "hardening off."



Affirmation:

Warm Up, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretch

Accomplishments:
30 Pull-Up Status: OT Working on 6 negative chin ups w/support. Con't do I without support!.  Train 5 days  Rest 2. Today is 5th day, so
Train Wed-Sun, Rest Mon & Tue.
Comments: Once you reach six controlled negative chin-ups without using a support, like the chair or resistance band as mentioned above, then you may graduate to the next stage.

To be more financially productive today I have: 
To be more mentally centered today I have: Imagined 30 pull-ups before getting out of bed 
In addition to 30 Pull-Up routine, to be fitter today I have: 

Goals for the day: Transfer all goals to Google tasks & AnyDo
