2nd GA&A Pull-Ups > 1

I am truly blessed to have a loving and dynamic family because it keeps me centered due to the love, support and primary responsibilities it brings to my life

Warm Up, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretch, Super Brain Yoga (SBY).  Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up

End-of Day, Accomplishments & Reflections:  OT
Started on Tuesday, so will need to adjust. Will do Tue, Thu, Sat. Did two full sets of unassisted reverse chin ups, it's a start. More than a start it's a second step.  Did SBY with warm up.

30 Pull-Up Status: 
(Mon, Wed, Fri-Pull, Tue, Thu-Cardio Sun-Rest)
Cardio: Min 30 min walk/run
