4th GA&A + 30 Pull-Ups

I am truly blessed to have the opportunity to lose weight through vegetable juicing because it is very effective and so far not particularly difficult due to it satisfying mu hunger and my being home during the process so far.


Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily (Thoppukaranam)
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

GA&A: Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...then meditate

30 Pull-Ups & Super Brain Yoga (SBY): Face East-Do 15 Reps
    MWF: Warm Up Push-Ups + Crunches, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretching, SBY.
    TTSS: Stretching/Yoga, SBY, Cardio (Start walking!)

30 Pull-Up Status: OT Regrouped, losing weight through fruit and vegetable fast. 5th day, lost 5 lbs+. Need to start walking with calisthenics. Will start pull-ups again when under 200 lbs.

Weight Loss: Started at 223.5,  (need to add other body measurements)
Will lose 68.5lb Stone. That puts target weight @ 155lb.
Current weight: >218lb.  Total loss: 5.5lb+.

Sample HIIT Workout

If you are a beginner, I would recommend only trying HIIT if you can do a session of cardio for 20-30 minutes at 70-85% of your max heart rate. You can still try interval training, but at a lower exercise intensity and beginners should always wear a heart rate monitor.

NOTE: Interval training should begin with a 3-5 minute warm up and end with a 3-5 minute cool down to prevent dizziness, or nausea.

Here’s a sample HIIT workout that’s simple, but effective:

60 Seconds Sprint/Fast Jog
120 Seconds Walk/Slow Jog

I rarely go for just a jog unless I just want to clear my head, or get a little sweat. Jogging is child’s play compared to HIIT, which is substantially more effective to help you burn fat in less time and take your body to a MUCH higher fitness level.
