25th GA&A + 30 Pull-Ups

I am truly blessed to have my health because it supports everything I am and trying to accomplish due to the dynamic way it responds to change.



Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily (Thoppukaranam)
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

GA&A: Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...

30 Pull-Ups & Super Brain Yoga (SBY): Face East-Do 15 Reps
    MWF: Warm Up Push-Ups + Crunches, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretching, SBY.
    TTSS: Stretching/Yoga, SBY, Cardio (Start walking!)

30 Pull-Up Status: OT? Not yet today?   2+ Sets Unassisted Chin-Ups (working up to 1st pull-up), 6 Full sets today?,

Accomplishments & Reflections: 

Creative Writing: Try after meditation.
