21st GA&A + 30 Pull-Ups

I am truly blessed to have a relationship that is growing closer with Cindy as I am more productive and responsible due to my continued focused efforts.


Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

Warm Up, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretch, Super Brain Yoga (SBY).
Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...

30 Pull-Up & Super Brain Yoga Status: OT    Sun, back on track. 2+ unassisted set of chin-ups, 15 push-ups, 40 chunches, SBY (10). T,Th, S will be on days, rest Sun, back to MWF on days.
MWF  3 days/wk Pull-Ups+., Rest & Cardio other days. Start walking

Accomplishments & Reflections: Oasis event + exercise + house cleaning
