Keto Diet Progress: Just started without a lot of organization or planning. Trying to play catch up. Lost 7bls in less than a week. In ketosis? Obviously it's water weight, but better than gaining weight. Need to step up exercise. (220lbs to 213lbs) I will know it's real when I am under 200lbs.
