Meditation: 5 min before sleep

Affirmation: I am defined by what I am doing....skating

Gratitude: I am truly grateful for having an appreciation for both technology and nature, the are both awesome.


Exercise: 20 min walk in woods with dogs.

Goal: Spend more time meditating than watching porn.
