MAGES-5

Up at 5:45am. Gently easing into the day. Joyfully anticipating the trip to the Adirondacks with the family.

Meditation: 10 min before sleep

Affirmation: I am defined by what I am doing...Looks like I'm budding...again.

Gratitude: I am truly blessed to where film and music are flourishing because they give me hope and joy due to the magical way they touch my heart.

Exercise: 20 min on track
