MAGES-8

Meditation: 5 min prior to sleep

Affirmation: I am defined by what I am doing....getting it together at midnight.

Gratitude: I am truly blessed to have the physical health to run, walk and exercise because it is beautiful due to magnificent nature of a summer night with the moon peaking through the clouds. Exercising at midnight have some perks.

Exercise: 20 minutes on the track
