Wow, really not doing well. I completely zoned out on an MKP enrollment call last week. When I realized what I had done, I felt like I had been drugged or in some somnambulistic "make a really bad decision" mode.
I worked through it somewhat during the staff meeting for the next NWTA weekend in December. But I really hit pay dirt when I called back Gary Franks to apologize. His advice was quit beating myself up. Get in integrity. Love yourself. Below is a piece from little buddha on that subject:
6 Ways to Love Yourself
1. Be kind to yourself.
2. Feel the love within you and be that love.
3. Give yourself a break.
4. Embrace yourself.
5. Be grateful.
“I am truly blessed to have
____________________________, because __________________(why?)_____________.”
You will immediately start loving yourself more when you
realize all the things you’re grateful for in your life.
6. Give yourself in service to others.
“I slept and dreampt that life was joy. I awoke and saw
that life was service. I acted and behold, service was joy.” ~Rabindranath
Tagore
Trying it now... I am truly blessed to have MKP in my life because I just got incredible support from Gary Franks (why?) when I called him to apologize for missing the enrollment call last week.
Going forward:
I am truly blessed to have because (why?)
