Grateful and Affirming

I am truly blessed to have shadow because as I better understand it and embrace it I will be able to help more men due to my integrity and the compassion I will have for them.

I affirm:
The difference between success and true failure is simply being willing to EMBRACE failure, stay confident, and keep working towards your goal. You can become this person if you take these affirmations seriously and apply them to your life!

I am ready to become accountable* for my actions (or lack of action).
I am willing to try new things courageously.
I know I am capable of amazing things,
I have a keen capacity to learn new skills that support my success.
I embrace my own resistance to change (shadow) and use it to empower me to reach my goals.
I easily meet and overcome challenges.
I release my fear of failure. I am motivated by love, always.
I am a success.
I easily and quickly learn the lessons life presents me with.
I effortlessly reach my goals.

*Accountable as defined by Rick Broniec: Taking responsibility for your actions and the effects they have on others.

4th Grateful Morning (seems to be bearing fruit)
Meditation: 10 minutes.  Very distracted. May be reaction to thinking on shadow.

Jut realized that my father's suicide was an act of violence as a final solution to his problems.  I think this idea may be underneath my fantasies to do violence to someone in a circumstance that is justified. Particularly in light of my total lack on interest in doing violence to anyone in the real world, even when given opportunity or instigation. So the "real" me is a combination of my primary self as influenced by my shadow.  What is that primary or" true self"?
