Grateful & Affirming

Grateful: I am truly blessed to be able to experience this perfect fall because the beauty is inspiring while the coolness is invigorating, a gift from the magnificent rhythms of nature.

Looks like my back yard

I affirm: The difference between success and true failure is simply being willing to face failure, stay confident, and keep working towards your goal.  Bushido is the moral code of the samurai. Bushido is mentioned as an example of integrity in  A Passionate Life by Rick Broniek.

I am willing to try new things courageously. (like this grateful and affirming approach)
I know I am capable of amazing things, ( I have done them in the past)
I have a keen capacity to learn new skills that support my success. (done is numerous times)
I release all blocks pertaining to my goals. Truly.
I easily meet and overcome challenges.(Still working on believing this one, try fake it 'till you make it)
I release my fear of failure. I am motivated by love, always.
I am a success. (I have had failures, I am not a failure)
I easily and quickly learn the lessons life presents me with.
I effortlessly reach my goals.

Grateful morning for 3rd day
Meditated for 20 minutes.

Right now: I am feeling kinder toward myself and realizing how hard I have been on myself.  Living in shame and guilt is repressive and not conducive to new efforts and growth. I am having thoughts and ideas about Aqua City, MKP and The Gnomon Group. So far, the only one I have acted on is MKP.  Maybe that is a good start as a foundation of service.

So the idea is to step back from pushing and shaming myself into getting up early, meditating and exercising. Instead, start with gratitude and affirmations and allow my desire/passion for my goals to grow and then manifest. Still have some serious shadow work to do around self-sabotage.

Just found this on the web: “My hope is that this article will inspire you to use the power of your own consciousness to become aware of your shadow, to allow it to be your teacher, and to integrate it. As we become more deeply and mindfully centered in our hearts, the recognition and integration of previously unconscious shadow processes changes our brains. This is exciting because it highlights the transformative power of our own heart-centered mindfulness or consciousness to transform our minds and our bodies.”  From iAwake Technologies  I'm going to check it (iAwake) out as a resource... http://info.profoundmeditationprogram.com/blog-0/tag/shadow-work/

Wow, seems like "ask and you shall receive," where is that from?  "Ask, and it shall be given you; seek, and ye shall find; knock, and it shall be opened unto you." Mathew 7:7
