David, You are off to a good start! Thanks for taking the journey and choosing me as your guide and the Healthy Food Decoded Lab. We will be discussing your digestive system and how food works or doesn't work in your body and a gentle way of detoxing and why you need to detox; grocery store and kitchen logistics (aisles to avoid, kitchen pantry & frig makeover), and keeping a regular journal per our session discussion - No Matter What - excluding an emergency of course. Stay the course! Find good ways to motivate yourself and reward yourself for eating healthy, posting in your journal, and doing some kind of physical activity 5+ days a week. I will be sending you a new template for the journal and a list of lab work that you may wish to discuss with your doctor. Stay safe and 'see' you at next week's session. -- Adrian
