This is how many chunks of 5 lbs of fat I need to lose. I will delete one each time I lose 5 lbs!

Status: OT (On Track) Much harder than I imagined. I am huge! Working on 6 negative chin ups w/support. Can't do I without support!.  Train 5 days  Rest 2. Today is 5th day, so
Train Wed-Sun, Rest Mon & Tue.

Weight 223.5  Goal: Max weight less 68.5lb stone = 155lbs goal weight.
% of Goal = 0%
