14th GA&A 30 Pull-Us < 1

I am truly blessed to have fishing knots in my life because they are amazing effective due to their subtle engineering design and inherent beauty.

Affirmation:

Warm Up, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretch

Accomplishments:
30 Pull-Up Status: OT Day 1 of 5...Did one full set of unassisted negative chin ups!!!
That means I actually getting stronger.
Train 5 days (Wed-Sun)  Rest 2. (Mon & Tue)

Comments: Once you reach six controlled negative chin-ups without using a support, like the chair or resistance band as mentioned above, then you may graduate to the next stage.

To be more financially productive today I have: 
To be more mentally centered today I have: Imagined 30 pull-ups before getting out of bed

Goals for the day: Transfer all goals to Google tasks & AnyDo
