  1. Hi David, I sent you a template that we can implement here in your blog journal. What does "Bug" mean in your meal descriptions of your last entry? Sounds like you are continuing to eat clean and healthy-keep up the good eating! How is the CPAP working for you - is it increasing your restful sleep? I remember reading that there are very portable ones -what model do you have? My nephew had the operation to improve his breathing and it helped tremendously. He also started eating better, lost weight and started drinking a lot of purified water. I have an arbitrary question for you. What 3 things give you the most and/or will give you the most motivation for your Healthy Lifestyle Journey? This is a philosophical and spiritual type of question, so take a few moments to reflect upon your answers. I can't wait to read your answers! Namaste and Yours in Healthy Food and Lifestyle Journeys - Adrian p.s. Did you get a notebook?
