Meditation: 10 min/active during exercise

Affirmation: I am defined by what I am doing...having fun, getting on track..not making $$$

Gratitude: I am truly blessed to have creeks, rivers and streams surround me and nourish me like well irrigated crops my psyche is refreshed and sustained with their energy.
