15th GA&A + 30 Pull Ups

I am truly blessed  to have friends like Max and Perrin to invite me to see Gregory's band Rootsy play at the UCLACC in Saxapahaw because it was so much real community fun due to the fabulous music and open fun loving people.


Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily (Thoppukaranam)
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

Did 1st pull-up!...may have been slightly assisted (starting from stool) so will wait to make it official. Have


GA&A: Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...then meditate (Plan only so far...)

30 Pull-Ups & Super Brain Yoga (SBY): Face East-Do 15 Reps
    MWF: Warm Up Push-Ups + Crunches, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretching, SBY.
    TTSS: Stretching/Yoga, SBY, Cardio (Start walking!)

30 Pull-Up Status: OT Regrouped, losing weight through fruit and vegetable fast. Need to start walking with calisthenics. Will start pull-ups again when under 200 lbs.

Weight Loss: Started at 223.5 on March 14,  (need to add other body measurements)
Will lose 68.5lb Stone. That puts target weight @ 155lb.
Current : 206lb Total loss: 16.5lbs.  Waist as of March 26: 48"  Thighs: 27" Neck: 18"
Will end this phase 1 month in, so will stop on April 14th, next Monday.  Continue juicing at least once per day, bulk up on fruits and veggies, low casrbs....exercise!!!!

Started "Taming Your Outer Child: A Revolutionary Program to Overcome Self-Defeating Patterns." Want to start wring down conscious bad decisions, e.g., "I think I'll go back to sleep" or "I think I can put this off until..."
