I am truly blessed to have my body because even after long term abuse and neglect it is prepared to respond to change due to its amazing ability to adapt to the stresses it is put under.

4.         Positive thinking and having purpose
5.         Sleep

To be more mentally centered today I have: Done Diddly
To be fitter today I have: Walked dogs for 30min, juiced.
