1. Making a living as an act of service and gratitude.
2. Meditate daily, @ 6:00am if possible.
3. Daily random act of kindness (RAOK)
4. Eat mindfully...track weight. Goal 151.5lbs.
5. Daily log entry in evening.
1. Fully engaged w/Mike & Tom, getting there with Bob. Brian still a challenge, should be a big week.
2. Doing well, still due today.
3. Had one yesterday, none today...yet
4. Below 215...feel good. Need to step back into exercise.
5. Missed yesterday.
