Wow,,,the last post was 11/29/12. Pretty much says it all...been out of it!
Now I'm back.
Originally titled "Keeping On Track" I am calling the daily log entries "In The Flow"...more positive.
Current focus:
1. Engaging in making a living as an act of service and gratitude, not a personal obligation with giant risks of failure.
2. Meditate daily, @ 6:00am if possible.
3. Daily random act of kindness to maintain focus on service.
4. Eat mindfully...track weight, comment on other health issues/activities.
5. Make a daily log entry to review day and prepare for tomorrow.

RAK: Talked with Mimi (on her license plate). She became Mimi as a grandmother. Was pleasant to Verizon staff after waiting 30 minutes with no service. (called 611 instead of just being pissed off)
Met with Mike and Tom, have major todo/contact list for The Gnomon Group.
Have been good @ being conscious of meditation upon waking, usually @ 5:50am. Joined meetup group, for group meditation on Wednesdays, will do Sunday's as well.
@~215 lbs, after loosing ~5lbs in last week. Goal is to be @ 151.5Lbs after loosing my stone weight of 68.5lbs from 220lbs. doing a good job of limiting carbs. Need to pick back up exercise and drink more water.
