5th 1st GA&A + 30 Pull-Ups

I am truly blessed to have computers because they organize my thoughts and memories acting like an extension to my brain and mind due to the many functions they perform singularly and together.



Affirmations:
I am defined by what I am doing.
I am progressing to 30 Pull-Ups and doing Super Brain Yoga Daily (Thoppukaranam)
As a result I am  getting stronger in many ways.

GA&A: Doing 30 uninterrupted imagined pull-ups before getting out of bed, then discover affirmation for the day, then document affirmations 1st thing after getting up...

30 Pull-Ups & Super Brain Yoga (SBY): Face East-Do 15 Reps
    MWF: Warm Up Push-Ups + Crunches, 30 Pull-Ups Exercise, Stretching, SBY.
    TTSS: Stretching/Yoga, SBY, Cardio (Start walking!)

30 Pull-Up Status: OT? Not yet today?   2+ Sets Unassisted Chin-Ups (working up to 1st pull-up), 6 Full sets today?, Not so much...having pain in left back/shoulder.

Accomplishments & Reflections: Wow, starting over for the 5th time trying to get to 40 consecutive postings.  Onward.

Creative Writing: The mouse was sharing our house, now not so much.
