Performed Samatha for 24 minutes, a ghatika  1:30 am
Samatha 4 of 24 consecutively.

Notes: Slipped into the next day, early morning...still counting it. Likely my worst session yet, lots of inner dialog. But, got it done. Going forward with focus on doing it first thing.
