I am truly blessed to have a warm safe shelter for the winter because it provides beyond my basic needs due to its ability to keep me safe from the elements, have a place to store food and supplies that together elevate my state of mind from survival to comfort and security.

Affirmations: I embrace my responsibility to my family and my passion to act in integrity with my most sacred and engaged self.

I embrace my resistance to change (shadow) and use it to empower me to reach my goals.

I know I am capable of amazing things.
I easily meet and overcome challenges.

Each frustration becomes a blessing 

as I am able to let go of anger and feel loved.
