5. Post Progress Daily
6. Goal...40 days (last Nov 30) in a row of 2,3,4. Be under 200lbs by end of 40 days.

If I Ex, Med & Eat, I get a "well done" for the day. I'm working on day 3 of 40.
Start: Tuesday Oct 22, 2013 Day:
1. Ex: 15m Med 5m Eat (poorly, but better) 217.7lbs
2. Ex 20m, Med 10m Eat (poorly, but better) 218.5lbs (from pig out 2 days ago + no pill)
2. Ex: ? Med 15m, Eat (Better so far) 216.5lbs.
