6th GA&A (Consecutive assumed going forward)

I am truly grateful for the resiliency of the human spirit because it fuels my future due to its self-rejuvenating  power and profound connections to the universe.

To be more mentally centered today I have: Little, med for 2min during I-Group
To be fitter today I have: 10 push ups, 20 crunches. eating better, have lost a bit, no trend yet. Juicing 3-4x a week.
