Saturday, New Approach

I'm gonna try something new with my journaling. brother trying to push myself through my 5 morning events I'm going to start with journaling be grateful for what I've already accomplished and what I have and then see what I'm fault.

  • I am grateful for the resources that have been afforded me
  • I am grateful for Rory coming into my life.
  • I am grateful for my family..
  • I am grateful for all the life I have been given.




There are more ways to look at yourself than just considering yourself, I am told. You can be defined by the way you treat others, the way you behave in circumstances beyond your dictate. You can be defined by outlasting your past, not prefiguring your future, by finding a point at the center of a therapist’s hand-drawn crucifix and being comfortable there: Apart from yourself and the judgments and grievances of the brain, at ease over coffee with an elder, trying to learn why a skid loader needs the hydraulics it does, not slope-shouldered with the ruins of a decision—not yours—that left you where you are today. 

But enjoying the way the red finch lands on the rail of the feeder a few feet in front of you.

Thursday, Pushing Thru Fear

Is the tire meets the road on this great adventure I am getting fearful. trying to stay ahead of it by staying focused on the present and getting s*** done.

Rory doing great. Needs lots more play dates and time outside. Challenging when it's cold. Limited space inside is also a challenge. What was I thinking? Was I just feeling ? Time will tell.

Morning On Track, Puppy Challenges

Finished morning routine at 9:30am. Will be swimming later then Horse Grounds w/Rory. See if we can going for 5 minutes anyway.

.Shooting for a zero accident day. Treats are working, but now has loose stools.

Need to dig into business end of all my efforts w/Pine Street Annex Project.

Two Cup Method: Quantum Jumping Manifestation

Missed a day of full MMJMJ but, all systems going forward. Still slow and choppy, but going. Watched TikTok on how to manifest with two glasses of water and sticky notes...Giving it a try.

Two Cup Method: Quantum Jumping Manifestation

In order to apply this method, you only need two sticky notes, a pen, two glasses, and water. If you want to try this method, you have to really believe it.

1. You put your current situation down on the first sticky pad, what you are feeling, if you are stressed out, unhappy with the situation.


2. On the second cup write your desired situation. Then, you put all the feelings of how happy and grateful to have what you desire right now, in this present moment.


3. Fill the first cup and hold it feeling the emotions and energy of your current state for a while.

4. Pour the water into the second cup, hold it in your hands fully embracing the moment of having your desired manifestation now. Engage your emotions and gratitude fully (2-5 minutes). Drink the water, be the water, Forget it. Move on.

Finished all morning start goals by 7:30. Active meditation in the pool while swimming a mile, cheating?

My biggest thing to do now is get my first resident. Everything else is a bit bumpy but going.

Earliest completion yet 10:40am.  Let's go for 7 straight and see where we are. Doing minimum 10 minute meditation, trying 24 minute when I can, like to day.

Just watched on of my favorite ADHD TikTok guys....sys cardio is huge. For so many reason, need to get on it. Will try to push the speed for a mile in the pool today.

This has been on my calendar for a year or two. Just managed to get it done 2nd day in a row!!

Finished in the afternoon on Thursday and 11:30am today, need to finish earlier.

Keep up the good work!
(also swam a mile for the first time in my life today)
